"Nick Boon examines subjectivity as a personal navigation by juxtaposing the frailty of humanity with impersonal graphic symbols of electronic origin. These symbols somehow hover over and attempt to guide while utimately loosing out to the hardware of the analogue, the actuality of the permanently etched surface, giving up an image both printed and cast from a matrix that reiterates his intentions" (Andrew Folan, in his notes for the Out Of Print Exhibition).
Selected exhibitions include the RHA and RUA Annual Exhibitions, the RDS Student Art Awards Exhibition and Travelling Exhibition and group exhibitions in the Mermaid Arts Centre, The Library Project, the Talbot Gallery, Temple Bar Gallery + Studios, The Cross Gallery and NCAD Gallery.
